  I have nothing against the staff. The bank as a whole is greedy. I closed my account here today. Banking should be a two way street.

  Usually do not write reviews. Felt so outraged. Whole staff admittedly misinformed me on official bank policies (that apparently do not exist). Recommended to deal with customer service on the phone. Surprised about these new rules the bank has I thanked the staff for their time and called the customer service. I have requested higher management on the phone to find out how can they help me and they told me that I was misinformed and those made up policies are quite silly to even exist. I visited another branch and it took them 5 minutes to print out an official letter from the bank with the letterhead stating that I own the account with PNC (simple enough request). Laziness of staff allowed them to mistreat their customer and provide me with wrong information, not unintentionally, but on purpose.
